Returns — 30-day risk-free trial

Wear the Longetive Health Band for up to 30 days. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund — no questions asked.

• The 30-day window starts the day your order is delivered.
• Contact us at office@longetive.com with your order number to start a return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the band.

Warranty

Every band is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong under normal use, we'll replace it.
