How long does the battery really last?

Up to 21 days on a single charge with typical use — a full week longer than Whoop. Charging is via the included USB-C magnetic cable.

How does GPS work without a screen?

GPS is built into the band itself. Start a run and it maps your route in real time — your phone can stay at home. The full route appears in the app afterward.

Can I swim or shower with it?

Yes — the band is 1ATM waterproof. Shower, swim, sweat.

What does it track?

24/7 heart rate with ECG-style waveform, blood oxygen (SpO₂), advanced sleep stages (deep, REM, light) with a daily sleep score, an AI Health Score, 170 sport modes, menstrual cycle tracking, and more.

Does it work with my phone?

iOS 12+ and Android 8+, connected over Bluetooth 5.2.
